Before winter arrives in Panyola and the last sunshine of autumn is still here, we gather the pear and heat up the wooden drying furnace. We put the manually selected fruit onto the willow branch braided trays and we dry it in a day’s time. As soon as the steam leaves the fruit, the fruit sugar covers the slices of pear.

About 15-20 grams of dried fruit can be produced from 100 grams of pears.

Our natural dryings don't contain any sulfur-dioxide added sugar or additives.
