Our favourite pastime is the cooking of the plum jam, operation that lasts for days on in autumn. Then, for day an end, we watch the mass while it turns into a dark juicy jam. According to local tradition we do not add any sugar and use only the fruit and its flavour given by God.
 
Its taste is sweet, a little bit smokey.
 
About 25 grams of plum jam is made from 100 grams of pitted plums.
 
Our plum jams are certified organic. They don't contain added sugar or preservatives.
